What is your order processing time?
All orders are processed within 24 hours - Most of the time within 12!
How long does shipping take?
All orders placed by 3PM CST will ship out the same day, all order placed after will ship the next business day.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will get an automatic e-mail as soon as a label is created, and updates along the way!
Can I make a change to my order before it ships?
Yes you can! Just give us a call at (334) 289-0010 and we will be glad to make any adjustments necessary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
What happens if my package isn't delivered?
Give us a call and we will make it right!
How can I know if an item will fit me?
We do our best to describe accurate sizing of each item, including if it runs big or small. If there is ever any doubt give us a call and we will be glad to recommend the best size!
What happens if an item doesn't fit?
Send it back and we will swap it for you!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
At this time, we do not charge sales tax on online orders. However as laws on this are changing, this could change.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days after receiving a product to decide whether or not you want to return it. See our refund policy for more information.
Does my order come with a warranty?
Yes, we personally guarantee everything we sell. If there are ever any issues or defects let us know and we will make it right!
When do you post new arrivals?
We currently post new arrivals 2-3 times as week. We hope to be posting new arrivals daily very soon! Make sure you are a member of our Adorned Grace VIP group on FB to be the first one to see new arrivals.
